Fear can be very powerful, but sometimes it’s misguided.

How is Head Trash Clearance different to meditation?

Meditation is sold as the solution to stress and anxiety. It *can* help, but its true benefits are elsewhere. For stress and anxiety it’s a poor choice. Especially for the busy and time-poor.

Imagine you want to go to the US from Europe. Meditation is like taking the boat. Yes, you’ll get there, but it’ll take ages. In today’s busy world, given the choice, people will always choose the plane. Head Trash is the plane. Doesn’t mean you still can’t go on cruises, but you don’t choose a cruise when the destination is more important than the journey.

If you have a fear of flying, you *could* spend the flight listening to a calming meditation to distract you from thinking about being on a plane. Or you could listen to the Fear of Flying collection of Head Trash Clearance tracks (once they’re ready 😂) beforehand and board your flight without a second thought.

No need to walk through a pretty meadow or listen to calming voices. Just order a drink from the flight staff and enjoy the flight.

Head Trash Clearance clears the trigger of the fear so that fearful thoughts don’t even arise. What doesn’t arise doesn’t need to be managed.

Are Head Trash Clearance tracks like guided meditations?

Head Trash Clearance tracks are like NOTHING you’ve ever heard.

They are not designed to calm you or distract you in that moment. They have been created to purge your fears, stresses and anxieties from you. 

Head Trash Clearance tracks are active experiences; you need to engage mentally and emotionally with them. They are not for commuting or relaxing.

Unlike guided meditations, Head Trash Clearance tracks are not to be listened to repeatedly. You listen to them as many times as you need for the clearance to take place. Typically, this means listening to a track between 1 and 3 times. After that, it’s unlikely you’ll need to listen to it again. Although some people do because they like their hypnotic nature 😂.

What do you mean by a 'piece of head trash'?

When you embark on your head trash clearance journey you are armed with your Head Trash Clearance To-Do List. This is a list of all the pieces of head trash you need to clear.

Typical items on your Clearance list will include

  • making mistakes [fear of]
  • needles and injections [fear of]
  • rudeness [hatred of]
  • losing control [fear of]
Is this just a different version of apps like Calm or Headspace?

No. Head Trash Clearance is not mindfulness or meditation.

You would never put a plaster on a bullet hole injury; you’d pluck the bullet out out. Meditation is the plaster, Head Trash Clearance is the doctor going in deep to fetch the bullet; it might not be pleasant, but you’ll heal much quicker and have no festering infections or ongoing pain. 

Head Trash Clearance addresses the root of the thing that’s causing the stress and anxiety in your life. What isn’t there, doesn’t need to be managed.

How many clearances do I need to do to notice a difference?

It depends.

If you want to get rid of your fear of spiders or your fear of needles and injections, then you will notice a difference after ONE clearance.

If you want to clear the head trash around a specific area of your life – say pregnancy, unhealthy eating habits or weight loss – then you might need to do around 10+ clearances.

If you want to lose your anxiety then you will probably need to do around 50+ clearances. This might be more or less depending on you and how strong your anxiety is.

How much time does it take to do a clearance?

It depends.

 

The length of time it takes to do a clearance depends on two things;

  1. How strong the fear or anxiety is that you’re clearing. The stronger or more intense it is, the longer it takes. 
  2. Whether you’re doing the short, emergency version or the full clearance. It’s possible to use the quick emergency version if you need to get through a situation you’re facing. For example, I used it in between contractions while giving birth and also when waiting in a hospital corridor while waiting for my injections. Each time I had around 3-5 minutes and was able to clear enough for me to get through what I was facing (my fear of pain of the ‘ring of fire’, and my fear of needles and injections). 

A full clearance typically takes anything between 15-45 minutes. And, once you’ve done a clearance, you won’t need to do it again. It’s done.

How long do I need to stay in the Clearance Club

You stay as long as you like.

If you choose the monthly payment option, then you can cancel at any time and your access will finish when your month comes to an end.
