Watch me clearing my head trash, and join in!

Nothing quite beats seeing someone do something to really understand what they’re doing.

We can hear or read explanations until the cows come home, but what we really need is to SEE IT!

So, if this is how you feel about Head Trash Clearance, then I have just the thing. In fact, I can go one better.

Not only do I have a video of me clearing some head trash (using Head Trash Clearance obvs), but you can follow along. All you need to do, is join in at your end.

This basically means you need to copy what I’m doing with my hands. But other than that, that’s it. Just listen.

You might find it best to just watch it once without taking part, then follow along the second time around.
