You’ll often hear me talking about ‘doing a clearance’. Whether it’s on the podcast, in my videos or in my blogs.
So I thought I’d take a moment to explain what I mean by that.
What does it mean to ‘do a clearance’?
When you decide that you would like to clear a piece of your head trash using Head Trash Clearance, then in order to do that you will need to ‘do a clearance.’
This means sitting down to clear The Thing you want to clear.
So let’s back-track a minute
If you want to use Head Trash Clearance to clear a fear, anxiety or stress (a piece of head trash), then here are the essential steps;
Step 1: Identify WHAT you want to clear.
This might be things like;
- pain (fear of)
- disrespect (hate of)
- uncertainty (fear of)
Step 2: Create your Head Trash Clearance Mantras for it
These are 10 mantras that enable you to clear The Thing. You simply insert The Thing you want to clear in the blanks in the mantras I provide.
I show you how to do this in my book. If you don’t want to faff about creating them yourself, then my membership The Clearance Club has 100s of pre-written Head Trash Clearance Mantras in for loads and loads of life themes.
Step 3: Do the clearance
This is when you sit down on your own and work through the mantras using the Head Trash Clearance process.
Again, this is all described in detail in my book but essentially it’s like this: You repeat each mantra in turn while applying pressure to certain acupressure points and thinking of The Thing you’re working on. Dead simple.
