At this stage we also take our time to ensure that you have all the practical things you need for our work together; the healing resources, the session booking links, access to our messaging system etc. This means that we can make a start with all the practical aspects taken care of.

Once your prep document is complete, we meet for a deep dive session. This is your opportunity to share more about your journey, unpack your answers, and explore the themes that emerge.

- Intuitive Questioning: I’ll ask probing questions to gain a fuller picture of what’s going on.
- Mapping Your Themes: We’ll begin grouping your experiences into recurring life themes—such as rejection, control, or trust.
- Crafting Your Healing Plan: Based on this conversation, I’ll map out a clear and actionable healing plan to guide our work together.
The deep dive is also where we build trust and understanding. It’s a collaborative process where you’ll feel truly seen, heard, and supported.
Step 3: Healing Sessions—Getting to Work
This is where the real transformation begins. Our sessions are focused on doing the work, not talking about the problem. Depending on your needs, we’ll use:
- Clearances: To address surface-level patterns, triggers, and behaviours.
- Absolute Healing Activations: To go deep and heal the wounds driving those patterns.
Healing sessions are structured but flexible. Each one begins with a brief check-in to see how you’re feeling, what’s changed since our last session, and what needs attention. From there, we dive into the process.
